The staff are very friendly and helpful. They rent e-bikes at the hotel. It's very quiet at night. But what we loved the most is the staff, we have very good memories of all of them.

Superb location with nice shopping mall adjacent to the hotel made it so convenient and comfortable to drop by for informal meetings and meals. Dining at the Market was also enchanting with its delicacies and their staff were well attentive and professional in handling service. I enjoyed the privacy at high class. Room amenities were sufficient. Lighting and electrical sockets were sufficient. Overall 10/10.

Situé à Kawthaung, l’établissement Victoria Cliff Hotel & Resort, Kawthaung comprend une piscine extérieure, une salle de sport, un jardin et une plage privée. Was really impressed with this hotel! Stunning view from the cliffside rooms, restaurant, and pool, looking out at the sea and sunset. Absolutely love that view! Food was great and staff were extremely welcoming and professional. Will be back!

Three weeks before this stay, I was here for eight nights, and a mistake by the reception staff caused my deposit refund to take over a month. I complained about it, asked them to prevent it from happening again, and then stayed for three more nights. The manager who handled my case was extremely honest and straightforward. To apologise, they gave me a substantial room upgrade and Executive Lounge access. They went above and beyond, expressing their sincere apology by not even taking a deposit when I checked in and allowing me to pay the total room cost only upon check-out. I will certainly stay here again when I come back to Yangon, and I highly recommend it if you're looking for the best all-around hotel experience in the city.
