Friendly, helpful, and professional staff. The housekeeping was excellent. The buffet breakfast was very good; it featured a variety of tasty dishes. The transportation service (arranged taxi) was good. A particular plus is the sauna and spa which were an exceptional value.

Set in Ulaanbaatar, 1.7 km from Ulaanbaatar Opera House, Grand Hill Hotel Ulaanbaatar boasts 2 dining options and free WiFi throughout the property. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. The staff were very friendly and helpful. In particular, Jarhaa and Turuu helped me a tremendous amount when I had a lot of documents that needed to be printed out. These two members of the staff really helped us a lot! Thank you
