From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of warmth and hospitality! Our stay was nothing short of exceptional. Super stylish interior design, clean room, comfortable bed, and very nice fragrance felt like a home away from home. Exceptional service: from the moment we checked in, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our stay was perfect. ( e.g. help with parking, cleaning at the comfortable time, great treatment at breakfast and at the pool, provide vase and ice bucket). The pool area was a tranquil oasis where we could relax in jacuzzi and swim with a sea view. Last but not least, breakfast experience set the good mood for all day: high quality of breakfast with served menu and buffet, together with a sea view from the terrace. Refrigerator Water-cooker Big TV The cleaning staff of 03/17 wheb we came back we saw that they even folded our clothes. If you live in room 103 you could just walk out the door to the ice machine and get cool drinks. Everything was clean and the staff was so polite, respectful and even helped to book tables at restaurants. First night a man I think is called Gibson I don't know how to spell it. He helped us with our check-in and gave us a map and wrote a lot of good places to visit before he went for holidays. The next evening the man Manish helped us with booking a table at a restaurant so we didn't have to walk around to find a place to eat. Insta gr am south.swedish.viking

Je n’ai jamais vu un personnel si gentils et attentionné. Ils m’ont même préparé à 3 heures du matin un petit déjeuner à emporter avec moi à l’aéroport. Je n’ai jamais vu une telle gentillesse en 30 années d’hôtel.

The room was big, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty, and the staff were really friendly. We also had a jacuzzi with a nice rooftop view. Definitely worth staying!

L’établissement Hyatt Centric Malta est idéalement placé dans le centre de San Ġiljan. Excellent hotel with super helpful staff and a delicious, rich breakfast. However, the many children in the spa area made it difficult to relax in a zen atmosphere.
