Located by the beach on Sao Tome Island in the Gulf of Guinea, Omali Lodge provides elegant rooms and free WiFi access. Omali is a great hotel near the airport, and a short walk to the popular beach. The on-site restaurant had an amazing buffet breakfast, and I also had lunch and dinner there. The pool was very clean and perfect for a morning swim. The staff had plenty of helpful information and really made the stay.

Emoyeni Gardens provides beachfront accommodation in São Tomé. This property also boasts a restaurant and a year-round outdoor pool. All rooms are fitted with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.... Excellent hotel - spotlessly clean, fantastic location super close to ST city center and beaches, excellent staff, they really did everything to make you feel happy and welcome, nice new rooms with decent view and inviting chill out area with pool and palm trees. Perfect ending to our vacation and a real treat after days in places without water or electricity.

The manager and staff were very polite and helpful. As a suggestion for breakfast, it would be great to have a small written menu to choose from. Central location, good room size, A/C worked perfectly, clean room with good water pressure...nice balcony to watch the life below. The lady owner didn't speak English well but nothing Google Translate can't resolve. The staff were very helpful and friendly. On one day I found complementary pastries in my room which was a nice touch. There is a nice supermarket next door that has everything you may need. I was able to walk in the night to get some food. It is safer than it may look at night. Some guests have reported noise feom cars on the street...didn't really affect me as I always carry ear plugs. It is easier to wear them than silence the world. Overall a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel.
