Loved everything. The staffs are courteous, it’s extremely well located. Right in the old quarters but away from the noise and the crowd. It’s right next to the lake which is really the epicentre of the unique Hanoi life. The breakfast and tea spread is amazing !

The staff , especially Kevin, are very kind and welcoming! Consistently assisted with anything at all but without bothering - we truly appreciated it.
The hotel is about 5-8 minutes walk from the center , but we didn’t mind the walk at all.
The AC works amazing in the room (better than my own AC back home!!!) and the bed is super comfy. We immediately requested a quiet room when we first got to the hotel and indeed we got a very quiet room which was lovely.

Incredible place, perfect for a great weekend or vacation! The hotel is new, the rooms are fresh, stylish, and clean (the plumbing is also new and modern, and the bed and pillows are super comfortable).
The host Will is incredibly hospitable – the best host we've ever had :) There is a shared kitchen, and you can order breakfast (ours was free through the Genius program on Booking, and the host even asked us about the most convenient time to serve it – everything was delicious and beautifully presented!). Upon arrival, the host treated us to complimentary juice, there’s free water in the room and the shared kitchen, and free fruits in the lobby. The atmosphere in the hotel is very pleasant; it’s located in a quiet area, near beautiful rice fields and a river. Yet, it’s only an 8-minute ride to the old town by motorbike or taxi. The hotel also offers free bike rentals in excellent condition, so you can easily reach the old town on your own while enjoying the beautiful views. The host has wonderful dogs – very friendly and cute! We are so happy we chose this place for our weekend! Wishing Will and his wonderful hotel prosperity and success!💫

We had the most wonderful stay! It truly felt like the perfect combination of a 5-star hotel and the comfort of being at home. Anna and her family’s hospitality was absolutely amazing - warm, thoughtful, and far beyond our expectations.
The view from the hotel is breathtaking, and our room with the private swimming pool made the experience even more special. The beds were extremely comfortable, and everything in the room was new, modern, and spotlessly clean.

We hesitated because there were few reviews, but were happy that we took the chance since it was a brand new hotel, with a great pool on the roof. It was a 3 min drive from the station by car. The room was clean, and the beds where the most comfy we had thus far in vietnam, not too hard and not too soft. The receptionist was very kind and helped us order breakfast and motorbikes.

Everything! Such a lovely hotel. Spacious clean airy room with balcony. Beautiful pool. The spa was great, I had a really good massage and pedicure/foot massage..Breakfast was so good, everything you could want
The staff were all super friendly and helpful. Went out of their way to help us. Especially Tammy and Miss Lee at the desk. Booked flights for us and everything.
