We had a truly wonderful stay. There is strictly nothing negative to say about our short spell at the Matterhorn Lodge. The room was exceptionally clean, quiet, cosy, but with modern facilities. Spa was also super clean and welcoming. Staff were ultra nice, and came to pick us from the train station, even though we were actually just a short walk away. Breakfast was wonderful, and we were both sad to leave. We literally can't wait to go back!

The Sky & Stars Suite on the top floor with glass roof and views of and the Matterhorn is amazing! Takes 5 minutes to open all of the ceiling blinds, but worth it for the view

It was magical. Room was spacious. Breakfast was very tasty, we loved fresh orange juice and pancakes. Ladies at breakfast were very polite smiling and helpful. We appreciate that. Bed was comfortable.

Everything was perfect. Warm welcome from staff, personalized attention at every moment during the whole stay, amazing breakfast, rooms very comfortable and with great views, exceptional location.

Situated on a rock, 45 metres above the roofs of central Zermatt, guests access The Omnia via a tunnel leading to an elevator, which brings them right into the lobby.

Hotel Matthiol embodies the essence of true hospitality! We felt at ease, taken care of, well regarded and helped with anything we needed! Amazing sense of details, high quality materials, design and equipments. Everything very clean, beautiful and functional. We truly enjoyed every corner of this property.. And the sauna in the room??!! Wow.. Little private fondue houses with the most amazing generous fondue!! Also appreciated the location that's on the more far end but thus gives spaciousness around, total silence and peaceful vibe. Town easily accessible by bus or walk, so no issue at all.. Found what I was looking for a beautiful holiday and more!! Thank you!!
