Everything was perfect! The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and copious. The hotel has a lot of charm, especially with the log fire in the living room. Great views over Valparaiso from the rooftop terrace.

Very nice central boutique Hoyel, the staff and manager were so attentive and gave us a great stay. Everything was within walking distance.
