We enjoyed everything, the staff were so very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. Food was excellent with many different choices. A wonderful 2 day break in a nice location.

Hotel staff are helpful and friendly. I would especially like to thank the friends at the reception. Even though our family arrival was early, they did their best to help us before check-in time. They also upgraded our room to a family room. Similarly, they allowed us to spend time at the hotel after our check-out time. The inside of the hotel was also very clean, social facilities were sufficient. The size of the hotel and the surprising number of facilities make you feel at ease.

the facilities are clean, wonderful waterpark with a large variety of slides for all age groups. Lots of lifeguards to maintain safety. For food good number of restaurants as the size of the hotel is large. excellent guest relationship team member allocated to us - very good way to ensure guests are happy and enjpying.

Everything was perfect! The staff are very kind and helpful! Pools, garden and rooms are super clean. There are a lot of variety of foods in their restaurants, everybody can find what they want. This was our first time in Albatros Palace but we definitely come again in the future!

This hotel is an exceptional choice for families with children of all ages. Our kids (aged 10, 12, and 14) had a blast at the Aqua Park, and we were thrilled with the range of facilities available. A fantastic perk is the access to facilities at the two sister hotels, Aqua Blue and Aqua Vista, which are just a few minutes' walk from the Aqua Park Resort. They offer an additional water park tailored for younger children, featuring a gigantic water bucket that delivers endless fun.I must extend my heartfelt thanks to the reception staff for their incredible hospitality. Mr. Mohamed and Mr. Ahmed, in particular, made our stay memorable with their warm welcomes and responsiveness to our requests. This hotel comes highly recommended for friends and family, with absolutely no reservations.I also want to highlight the exceptional work of the cleaning staff, whose attention to detail and extra touches (like crafting swans from bedding covers) really enhanced our experience.
