We liked everything but mostly we did like the relaxation pool (adults only) and the beach. Everyone was friendly and the all inclusive package covered everything we would imagine.

From the moment we arrived, the staff at this resort went above and beyond. Everyone was incredibly helpful, cheerful, efficient, and always available. The entire team was impressively professional. Special thanks to all the Peters at reception—there seemed to be quite a few, and each one was wonderful! Our room was spotless every single day, thanks to the meticulous and conscientious Ahmed. At the restaurant, the staff worked seamlessly together, always smiling and perfectly coordinated, with a special mention to the ever-alert Waleed who kept everything running smoothly. Teresa was incredibly helpful in organizing our restaurant bookings and even provided us with extra entries. A huge thank-you to Arands, who was exceptionally kind—he upgraded us to a sea-view room and arranged for a super early check-in. We arrived at 6 AM, even though check-in was only at 2 PM, and everything was handled with ease. Check-out was just as smooth, thanks to the efficient and friendly Kerolos. I’m also especially grateful to the brave and kind lifeguard, Hesham, who lent me a life jacket and mask so I could fully enjoy the breathtaking coral reef—an experience I won’t forget. This resort is perfect for families. The beach is safe for children, and the environment is welcoming. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely balcony to enjoy the view. The main restaurant offered a wide variety of dishes—there’s something for everyone. Snacks were also available by the pool and beach, which added to the convenience. We had such a great time at Club Resort, and my teenagers were genuinely sad to leave. Great location with access to the Red Sea for fantastic snorkelling. Multiple swimming pools. Lovely friendly staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. Good selection of food at breakfast. Spacious rooms with good air conditioning.

Warm welcome by the staff. Clean, large, and comfortable room. All-inclusive: breakfast, lunch, and dinner from different restaurants located on-site with various of delicious food and drinks. Several swimming pools (different sizes both for kids and adults). The seawater was cold, but we enjoyed swimming in the pool. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff were so brilliant, every single one of them, from the team at breakfast to the guys at the beach. They couldn't be more helpful. We got half-board and S-Class (not sure what that means) but every single part of the stay was helped by the staff. I couldn't commend them enough!

I am now at the hotel and everything is amazing . Let's start from the reception Mr Jordian Joseph is a really good manager and an epic person he is really helpful and reacted quickly with all our requests . i would like also to thank Mr Osama for his heartwarming welcome . The room we have is stuning with a sea view . The food and restaurant are perfect . I would also like to thank Alaa talaat the lifeguard for his kindness . All in all everything is formidable and i would definitely will be back . Recommend this hotel 100%
