Such a beautiful property with an amazing pool and the most beautiful breakfast . Everything was perfect & surpassed expectations

Down a long tree lined drive you come to a beautiful French family country house hotel set in stunning grounds. Reception is in a pleasant welcoming area, with warm vibes. The dining room has crisp white tablecloths, sparking glasses and cutlery. It oozes ambiance, with sophisticated furnishings. The candle lit bar is equally charming and alluring. The secluded terrace is a perfect size for an intimate dinner, breakfast or coffee. A pool with character, it is surrounded by a small stone wall with contemporary and traditional French plants. There are many different garden areas to sit and relax. Our room was exceptional - a sitting area with a white leather sofa, 2 tv, a fridge, mini bar coffee/tea facilities etc. Plenty of wardrobe space. An extremely large comfy bed, an amazing bathroom (we wanted to take it home) a huge private terrace overlooking olive trees and a second pool. Everything in this hotel is exquisite and of high quality, we didn’t see anything that needed to be repaired, updated or refurbished. The decor is beautiful and tasteful. The food is without doubt delicious. Nancy Bourguignon, the chef, has a michelin star and her finesse is reflected in the amazing breakfasts, canapés, petit four and delectable, mouth-watering, stunning dinners. You have to eat here to appreciate just how good it is. Customer Service exceeded all our expectations. The staff were helpful and friendly and went the extra mile to meet our needs. An easy and pretty walk of 0.75 miles (10 mins) to the village of Maussane-les-Alpilles where there are plenty of bars restaurants and shops all with a great French atmosphere Arles 0.30 mins drive Avignon 0.45 mins drive St Remy de Provence 10 mins drive The beautiful Les Baux des Provence 5 mins drive Aix en Provence 0.40 mins drive

This was really a perfect stay. I arrive a bit early and my room was ready. The staff was kind enough to let me try speaking French, but then they replied to me in perfect English. The room was absolutely lovely with its musical theme. Extremely comfortable bed. I liked how the sink, shower, and toilet were all separate. There were even wash cloths for us Americans that use them. The lobby was adorable and decorated for Christmas. I was seated in front of the fire place for my breakfast. The hotel had umbrellas for walking around in the rain, they had a map of the town, and made lunch and dinner recommendations. I didn't reserve a room by the garden, but I walked through it. It was a damp December day, but I can picture how beautiful it would be on a warm sunny day. Also in the garden, was the largest fluffiest cat I have ever seen.

Stay here for genuine French hospitality. We loved our stay here. We booked half board - which was an amazing fine dining experience - big shout out to Pier our waiter- breakfast was perfect - which included smoked salmon- croissants and much more - more importantly they took into account my food allergies - hotel and room spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed. The hotel grounds and pool area feel secluded. We have already re booked to return here. Thank you for a wonderful stay

I like everything! The hotel is really beautifyl and stylish. I highly appreciate the kindness and friendliness of the stuff! Room was absolutely brilliant, clean and cozy. It is worth noting perfect location near the amphitheater and in the heart of the city. I will definetly choose this hotel for my next journey to Arles!

My husband was in the hospital near here and the staff was wonderful. The surprise was lunch and dinner served if you wanted. Several interns were wonderful, one in particular

All staff were very friendly and very professional. You get the feeling that all staff want the hotel to be a success. Eva, at the reception, has been very helpful throughout our stay. The staff in the dining room is very helpful and works with much enthusiasm. The housekeeping staff are doing an amazing job. The room is spacious, has a fridge and a coffee maker. The bathroom well equipped. The breakfast buffet is varied and of very good quality. The common areas are very welcoming. The pool, jacuzzi, billiard table and baby foot are a great addition. The parking is an added bonus. Keep up the excellent work.
