First of all, even we arrived at late night, receptionist welcomed us with a big smile on his face. He was so helpful with our needs. Room was very nice and clean. The breakfast was really delicious, that was the best scrambled eggs I have even eaten and freah orange juice!!!

In the middle of the City Center is this nice little Appartement, well equipped and beautifully furnished. When we arrived, we found homemade confiture, fresh drinks and everything we needed for our first breakfast. The Appartement is run by Bruno who lives next door and invited us for drinks and gave us a lot of helpful advice for our stay. It was an amazing stay and we would definitely stay there again!

The welcome at the reception team was very professional, friendly and well trained. I used to train staff pharmaceutical industry and can therefore spot when a team has been trained well. The team speaks several languages, including Scandinavian, English, Portuguese, German. The common areas are fabulous. We have stayed in a number of hotels in Bordeaux. Most often the rooms are relatively small and the common areas are tiny. At Burdigala the common space is large and divided into several smaller areas for intimacy. The location is perfect. We commuted from the airport by tram, which is a few minutes away from the hotel.
