Wonderful clean room. Just like in the pictures. Location fabulous and restaurant bright and airy. Room was quite spacious with tea coffee snd biscuits and a good hairdryer. Ensuite was modern and clean. Bed linen fresh and quaint and tv worked well. Good WiFi. Great Location. Approachable staff. Thanks so much Brooks. I'd give 10 out of 10 for cleanliness, Location and value.

When we arrived they were still cleaning our room, we only had to wait for 5 minutes but they offered us a free drink. We had some absolutely amazing beer at the hotel bar. The room was super clean. Big room with a big bed, big bathroom. Absolutely great room, especially for this price. This was definitely one of the best hotels I've ever been to.

The Novotel Bristol centre is a lovely hotel just a short walk from the Temple Meads train station The rooms are spacious with a comfortable bed and a small sofa. The bathroom shower had great water pressure. The breakfast was a good mix of hot and cold dishes. They were kind enough to give us an extended check out. Highly recommended

Everything was exceptional! price, location, comfort of room, staff were helpful and friendly. Resolved an issue we had with the the kettle in the room immediately as we needed it to make the babies bottle. Very pleased and will stay there again!
