Outstanding customer service. Sam, Harry and Mark you are simply the best. Great help with bus and trains to go to London. On our check out day, we had some leftover from a restaurant the night before. They prepared everything, heated the dishes, gave us everything we needed to eat and we are grateful. The entire team were excellent in every department. The hotel was much better than the UK 4 star rating suggests and I would happily recommend this hotel to anybody looking to stay close to but not in London.
