We arrived very early from the airport but the staff at the front desk were very accommodating and helpful and did not mind. I was also very thankful as the receptionist let me use the spa facilities to shower and change after a long haul flight which was very needed. The hotels location is lovely on the water and the facilities were excellent.

With free parking, The Bridge Hotel in Chertsey has wonderful views of the river and out beyond historic Chertsey Bridge. The Bridge Hotel is set over 3 floors and has lift access to the rooms.

The room was nice, clean, and warm. I was glad that the room was nicely warm as the weather was cold outside and I just had dinner in another nearby hotel with my colleague (who chose to stay there), and that place was super cold, so it was definitely nice to arrive to a warm hotel room. I also appreciated that it was equipped with an iron and ironing board. I must say, that every single staff member was exceptional!!! I don't recall having such a good experience with staff ever. I was missing a converter from the EU to the UK plug and everyone did their best efforts to help me out. THANK YOU! Small things like this matter!
