Philip & Jeanette went out of their way to make us feel welcome in Swansea. They offered excellent advice on what to do and where to go, and had pre arranged a restaurant where Mirador guests obtained a discounted price meal in the evening. The room ambience and breakfast food was great. Overall, Mirador is an exceptional place to stay.

In Swansea’s historic Maritime Quarter, Morgans Hotel provides luxurious rooms with free Wi-Fi, 5 minutes’ walk from the city centre. This grade II listed building also has a stylish bar.

Big comfy bed. Clean room. Friendly staff. Easy to check in. All well organised and very smooth. Breakfast was nice too.

During our stay, we have received exceptional service from front desk, restaurant staff, and night security. In particular, Steve & Simon at night, and Rachel at Reception. Indeed, they made our stay feel like home as they go above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable over Christmas For example, Steve made me a cup of tea at 3am (as I was jet lagged, could not sleep, and did not want to wake my wife to make a beverage). He also informed bar staff that he would "close out & clean up" after letting me watch my home NFL team the Seattle Seahawks after the bar was closed. Rachel provided us with service and assistance that was more commensurate with the concierge at The Langham, New York rather than a desk clerk, and enthusiastically attended to our every need. I have never experienced such a professional and friendly team of people in a UK hotel!

This hotel is located in Swansea city centre, just 15 miles from Rhossili Bay – voted one of the best beaches in the world.
