The view of the villa was awesome. Staff is really nice and helpful . Food at the restaurant is good. The kids loved the pool with the slide and the breakfast buffet :-) there is a spa and yoga class every morning. It is definively a perfect place to relax with the family for a week passage. We will come back for sure !

It is well located, close to many eateries and bars. Pool area is spacious. The staff are amazing. Very helpful and accommodating. We will definitely be staying there again.

I stayed at Alila on the east coast to avoid crowds. The hotel has a first-class environment, with free afternoon tea and shuttle buses every day. The restaurant has a great environment and taste. The scenery is fantastic, with zero distance to the beach. You can choose paid seaside yoga and massage, which will make you very relaxed. Staff member Budi was enthusiastic and thoughtful. After learning that my husband was sick, he took the initiative to care and offered coconut water, saying it was good for the digestive system. The only drawback is that the water in the swimming pool is not clean enough; Even if we live on the second floor, the sheets will still be damp and we need to use a hair dryer to blow them off before going to bed every day.

We were offered a room upgrade to a larger villa and some additional complementary gifts. The architecture, the quietness, the staff, the attention to little details, everything was perfect. Oh my God, this hostel was incredibly amazing! The staff is so so so helpful, funny, cool, friendly. The cleanness is just waw! They clean rooms everyday! The atmosphere is warm ♥️♥️.
