Property nice and clean, great location in heart of Pescara ( lots of stores and restaurant near by)to not mention cause beach it’s near by . All staff was wonderful starting from women from cleaning to receptionist and not to forget Adriano ( serviable , helpful )we had a great stay at this hotel.

The hotel is located in a quiet street on walking distance of the beach, harbour and boulevard. The superior suite with big bath and luxury shower in the room is very well designed and a pleasure to stay. The additional flower petal service is definitely recommended! The fact that the only the luxury bath and shower are open ‘in the bedroom’ and that the toilet/bidet are a separate private en-suite room is also a big design plus. Staff is very helpful, professional and also speaks English. And the next morning you enjoy a fresh and tasty breakfast in a beautiful dining area.

Everything..where to start?.. the location, the rooms, swimming pool..awsome vieuws and the cherry on top where the couple who runned it.. Dani and Elena gave us a perfect feeling of Vacation as it has to be..the breakfast was made by Dani as u wish, all with great products (has his own wine and olive oil aswell) the location was superb with vieuws of the mountains..nice to see the surroundings..we liked it that much that we returned 14 days later on our trip back north.. we def come back!

What a find! The location is spectacular, the building and setting like something out of a picture, the staff are exceptional and the restaurant and food are beyond all expectation. One of the best and most surprising stays I have found on my trips around. Book dinner in the restaurant and prepare to be surprised.

The room was very nice and clean, incredible view from balcony to the mountains. Calm place and very kind personal. Definitely not our last holiday here.
