We arrived with 2 children and we got 2 rooms just as we asked next to each other. The rooms are super clean, very well renovated, comfortable beds, pillows, fully darkening curtain. The breakfast also contains a real Italian coffee on your choice.

It's a nice place to be but the staff at the reception (Michaela, Theo, Rebecca) is the best: friendly but polite, helpful and resourceful. The breakfast is very tasty and the coordinator (Irina) and her team are just great.

Fantastic hotel, extremely kind staff with warm welcome. We loooved our cosy clean room on the top floor with balcony and a lovely view to the city. We got hand written welcome note and chocolate, the day after we got other gift - these gestures just left us speechless, it's the place where you feel stuff is there for you. Breakfast and stuff at breakfast is also exceptional, in the afternoon guests can have a tea and cake at the lounge or later a drink at the bar. Location is perfect, especially if you are by train, the center is close. The hotel is great value for money, they exceeded all of our expectations. We would like to thank again the wonderful stay and no doubt, we will definitely choose c-hotels diplomat for our next trip to Firenze.

The room was huge yet decorated in a way that made it feel ultra cozy and homey. Truly felt like a home away from home. The staff kept things clean and it always smelled so lovely after a long day. The bed was massive and again ultra cozy. I was worried when we got there that the mattress was going to be too soft, it had a little give, but it was actually extremely supportive and we slept incredibly well. Beautiful all around.

We loved the location of this place. It’s like a less than minute to walk to Ponte Vecchio. It’s great option if you arrive by the car, because you can park your car at Garage Lungarno what is really close to the Guicciardini 24. You should book the parking spot in advance. We did it like 24 hours before arrival. If you are looking for a breakfast you may buy some food at the street in front of this place. Great thing was we could store our luggage there before the room was ready (we came before check-in). The room was clean and very nice. Dario is super nice.
