The most classy and refined hotel in Lithuania. Staff is beyond gracious and attentive to the smallest details. Breakfast is fine dining level with a lot of Lithuanian specialities at their best (seasonal, fresh, in a beautiful dining area or terrace in Summer). Very quiet while in the middle of old town, very elegant and authentic. Always pleasure to stay and extremely good value for money as it provides world class service and very spacious rooms with great French accents. Lobby staff is exceptional.

Great location! Everything was close, the train station, you can reach the city center by foot. The apartament was clean, it had all the facillities: coffee and tea, towels, bed linen, TV, shower gel and hair dryer! Beds are really comfy, the neighborhood is safe, because everything is private and locked - even the garage! The host was super helpful, always replied fast and helped a lot:) Everything was really prepared and ready. I have no complains, 10/10, would come again.

Everything, the staff, location and the quality. You have access to everything within walking distance and close to the Vilnius bus station if you need to take a bus. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that we have a nice time there and also the breakfast was amazing as well more importantly kudos to the staff of the restaurant during breakfast. They were very polite. I will be back again

1. I reached the hotel at around 22:40 like that, the staff very kindly helped me open the door by calling on line, and teach me how to get in my room without a payment. I am very grateful to their kind and patient service. 2. The kitchen is free for use. very nice service. I bought myself some fast food from outside, then I can go to warm my food in the kitchen, free, and clean, and everything you need for cook is equiped well there. 3. There are umbrellas for free borrow. Very nice consideration. 4. Breakfast is freshly cooked after your indication. 5. If I come again to Vilnius, I would always choose Rinno for sure!
