This riad has the best location to stay in medina, you can walk everywhere. We had very nice welcome drink, moroccon peppermint tea, when we checked in. The staff was friendly and helpful and the guy from reception made nice excursion in the riad, because this is quite difficult at first. There is very nice rooftop terrace, with great view and lovely corners to relax with your friends. Rooms are quite small, but this was not a problem to us and the rooms are nicely decorated. The room was very quiet, bed was comfortable and the breakfast was tasty with many choices. There is also a little pool in the riad, but we had no time to enjoy it.

Oh my goodness! I cannot recommend this accommodation highly enough. Not only was this Riad brilliantly placed in the Medina but it was chic, comfortable and extremely clean. However, it is the staff who made this a wonderful stay. I’ve stayed in expensive hotels with the usual corporate politeness but the staff here went above and beyond that. The manager Abdul was super efficient but importantly thoroughly nice. He anticipated our every need and questions with patience and kindness that went far beyond anything I’ve experienced before. Aziz ( and, another young man on in evening and night) were equally thoughtful and considerate and my friend and I were most touched by how they really looked after us. The ladies that looked after our room were warm and friendly as were spa staff. This accommodation and staff were so impressive that we urge anyone to book here. Outstanding value also, brilliant breakfasts! Cannot recommend enough, we were bowled over my our experience here. !

I like everything, starting from the welcoming from the staff and the amazing decorated room. The staff are well trained and always keen to help. I keep coming back as I feel at home in this beautiful riad. Its indeed Wow ! They even surprised with a birthday cake in a a restaurant, I was really touched by this gesture.     This is a stunningly beautiful hotel. The furnishings are of the highest quality and the interior design is flawless. We took a one bed villa with private pool for 3 nights. Unfortunately the pool was cloudy, but the hotel upgraded us to the royal villa which more than compensated for the inconvenience. The staff were understanding and enabled us to stay somewhere we could never have afforded! The Royal Villa is vast and beautifully appointed. The pool is ice cold and very refreshing on a hot day. We lushed in luxury!
