The hotel has a good location, beautiful street. All attractions are nearby. There is a green area not far from the hotel. The apartments were perfectly clean, with unobtrusive daily cleaning. The apartment had absolutely everything necessary for living, they refreshed coffee, water, and even laundry detergent every day. The apartment is quiet, no noises distracted. Excellent pool area on the 5th floor. Good breakfasts, on the 48th floor with a beautiful view. I would like to separately note the work of the staff. Everyone is very professional, the service is one of the best.

Aloft Kuala Lumpur Central is my favourite hotel when I travel to Malaysia. The rooms are large, very well equipped, clean and comfortable. The quality of the beds and linen is excellent. The breakfast is the best I have ever found while traveling in Southeast Asia. The pool is beautiful and well maintained. The location is perfect. The hotel is directly accessible from the train station where many trains and a monorail depart for intra-city and extra city travel.

The staff at reception were very welcoming on arrival and I was able to access my room at noon already. Laundry came back ahead of time. Housekeeping did an excellent job in cleaning my room to a high standard.

First when I reached at the hotel, I was been welcomed. My baggage were assisted by the concierge. Then upon check in I was greet welcomed by a staff named Melvin. And he gave me the almong biscuits. ( I haven't ate my lunch) thkQ so much Melvin. He checked me in very efficiently. 2nd, I noticed in that building what I needed were just there to complete my days staying there.. restaurants everywhere, drugs store, supermarket n food stall were just ground floor. Plus the pool were so gorgeous to spend time there relaxing. 3rd, it just walking distance to KLCC by train. Its so convenient. Oh!! I have spend two days, but seems not enough. I will spend my relaxing time again there. I will share some more about the room view again. Well Done Double Tree Hilton. The staffs really do their job well. Keep it up guys. See you again at nearest future. Pg Datin Seri Alli
