雰囲気の良い運河の港の横にあるのにRotterdam Blaak駅が徒歩3分でここから電車、メトロに乗れる。また、近くにキューブハウス、マルクトハル、たくさんのレストランがあり絶好のロケーションにある。従来型のホテルではなく、新しいコンセプトのもとに設計されていて、共有スペースは広く、各コーナーがモダンなインテリアでゆっくりくつろげるよう工夫されている。個人スペースの部屋は、狭めだが、机、背もたれの椅子とオットマン型の椅子、使いやすいクローゼット、金庫など必要なものがコンパクトに配置されていて気持ちよく過ごせた。炭酸水や水は無料でもらえた。どのスタッフもフレンドリーで、とても居心地が良かった。ロッテルダムの観光にこのホテルをお勧めします。
