The staff were terrific. The location was convenient, safe and close to so much. Great to have a full restaurant in the hotel and open late. Great food and prices. If using Inca rail the office for shuttle is directly across the street! Hotel store bags for us while we went to Machu Picchu for two days. Really is a fantastic stay.

    Stylish, clean and well designed around a circular central stairway. Stunning views eacross the city from the cute little front garden, the windows and balconies of most rooms and from the good sized roof terrace, with chairs and sofas. The staff were happy and keen to help. hot water bottles brought to your room every evening! On-site dining was good and rooms cleaned every day. Reception provides an attractive and comfortable option as somewhere to sit. Tasteful, cool music plays much of the time to add to the relaxed atmosphere.
