We loved the set up - it was perfect for a 7 day stay for us with our 4 young adult children. We loved the delivery of breakfast to our room each morning. The pool was wonderful and the kids loved the pool table and gym. We also loved the location in combination with the shuttle service which allowed for a quiet stay and still feel close to everything (shuttle service worked so well - always available with hardly any wait time) But what made our stay extra special was the wonderful staff. They were each so exceptionally welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure we were looked after in any way they could that it felt like we were their personal guests. We all agree we can't recommend this place highly enough for a unique family holiday experience.

Great resort to relax and enjoy the surrounding beaches & islands in Ao Nang. Our stay here was very enjoyable. Nice clean rooms, very comfortable beds, great shower & a bathtub too! The rooms have everything you need for days to relax here. We loved the pool to cool off after a day in the heat. The location was perfect for us, further away from the noise of the main street & beach and it was easy to walk everywhere. Great food options 5-10min away, Seven-eleven around the corner (2min), laundry & tour services all around the hotel. Great breakfast with a huge selection to choose from, including an egg station. Very welcoming staff & helpful service. There will be quite some families with kids, also in the pool, just to be aware but it didn't bother us. We loved the idea of the green day card! You get a 150 Baht coupon, to spend at the restaurant or bar if you skip making up the room, as its not always necessary & it's a bonus for you as well.

We splurged and got the pool side room and we were not disappointed. The room was big and modern, and the pool walk out was just fantastic. Never have we felt more comfortable with a walkout pool. Staff were excellent, and breakfast was one of the best in Thailand. We recommend walking 10 minutes to the night market for dinner as the food is phenomenal and at a good price. We had the best Pad Thai for less than 100 baht. Beach and Longtail boats to other destinations nearby.

If you're looking for paradise, this place is it! I have never stayed at more beautiful place than this. We had a villa with a lovely patio and comfy chairs, just a few meters from the pool but due to the greenery it was very private. It had a very 'jungle' vibe, so many trees around, very nicely designed place. The room was huge, the bed even bigger, they swapped the duvet for a bedsheet on our request because the weather was a bit too hot for us. The breakfast buffet was great, lots of different options, my mum has ALS and she was impressed by and very happy with the choice (as her diet is very limited). The view from the restaurant is breathtaking, great for breakfast and great for an evening meal/drink with a view of the sunset. We were even able to use the buggy to get up to the restaurant which again my mum appreciated very much. The pool was great, stunning surroundings, lots of beach chairs (there was a choice of 3 swimming pools). The hotel has a car that takes you to the beach (about 20mins walk) and back at very convenient times. They arrange transfers, taxi and trips too. There's also a very cute little cafe just outside the hotel and down the street you can find a plethora of amazing street food (AoNang Muslim Street). We stayed at another hotel too during our stay but if I ever come back to Ao Nang, I'm definitely staying at Phu Pii!! Oh and the staff really goes above and beyond, really really lovely people :)

Room: Great room, very clean, complementary water, direct access to the pool, racks to dry clothes, USB charging next to the bed, quiet, good and quiet air conditioning, flip flops - not slippery, robe, toiletries, comfortable bed, umbrella for rainy days provided, everything to the high standard. Recommended. Transport to the airport - organised by the resort was great. Tuk Tuk available at the front. Breakfast - every day something different, choice of European (salads, pastry, breads, cheese, milk cereals, pancakes) British (sausages, beans, eggs, hash brown), Indian (2-3 dishes) and Thai (variety including savoury and sweet) , a chef preparing eggs to order; tea, coffee, juices- 4 flavours (not freshly squeezed), fresh fruit (3-4 different kinds, sliced). Shop open all day with 3 different ATMs - a short 5 minutes walk, plenty of restaurants around the resort, short walk to 2 beaches, night market - 15 min walk (opens from 5PM). many travel agencies to organise a tour within 5 min walk. Staff - very friendly and accommodating, very good English skills.
