It was a delicious experience from c-in to c-out. They welcomed very well and guided us for the highlights and whenever we need, they immediately assisted us gladly. Mis Bahar was great receptionist and also same for the bellboy. The breakfast was also great. Thanks for the delightful service :)

The hotel is very well located, in the historical center of Mardin. The building (a traditional stone house) offers a breathtaking view of the plain. The personnel was very friendly and welcoming, and helped us getting around the city and the region.
