Each one offers a living room with a flat-screen TV, a dining area and an open-plan kitchen. A bath and a shower are fitted in the bathroom. Rooms are big and clean. Very nice staff. A free shuttle service is scheduled daily with complimentary access to the public beach. Staying at the Oaks Ibn Battuta is coming home. More than 15 years I visit this hotel and I am always so much welcomed. The reception managed by Mr. Zaw Htun Bagan let me feel always like a VIP. The bistro personnel recognises me everytime with special amneties. Porters are totally helpful and everything is been done at once. I always come back to my second home.

A dining destination in its own right, the resort is home to 16 restaurants and bars, including menus from Michelin-starred masters and homegrown culinary concepts – all served in stylish indoor and outdoor settings. The amazing kindness of all the staff. The staff looked happy which is a sign that they are all cared for and well looked after. That transferred down to the guests. The staff couldn’t do any more to make your stay comfortable

Harbours is a sports bar and lounge that serves signature dishes and a selection bottled hops. For a nightlife, there is; positioned around an infinity pool, the ‘chill out’ lounge offers innovative al fresco dining inspired by cuisines from the Mediterranean to the Far East. The staff were very helpful. The location was fantastic and facilities are great. The best score I can give to the hotel and the support getting from the staff is off course 10. Well set in Dubai, Kempinski Central Avenue Dubai provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, free private parking and room service. This 5-star hotel offers an ATM and a concierge service. The property features an outdoor pool, fitness centre, sauna and restaurant. Everything is good. No comment I am regular guest in the hotel since it was not renovated. Highly recommended especially the staff Jessa, William and Relly
