The location is also perfect, close to the top attractions in the city, making it easy to explore. Most of all, the incredible staff made our stay feel extra special. We’re already planning our next vacation to return here in the winter — can’t wait! Highly recommend for families looking for a fun and relaxing getaway.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They look after the guests and are willing to help. I was very impressed by the customer service. There are two supermarkets with a walking distance, and the bus stops right in front of the hotel.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Facilities were also great and the pool/sauna were open until 10pm. We enjoyed a free upgrade room which was stunning - comfortable bed, balcony with view of mountains, free mini bar and spotless. We were so happy with our stay and will definitely be back!! Perfect location for exploring this beautiful area.

Lovely pearl in the centre of the old town! This place will make you feel like in an historical novel! The hotel communal areas are delightful! The breakfast was impressive: delicious, lots of options, amazing playlist playing. I highly recommend the place for romantic getways! It is perfect! The room was huge, all in a woody/red/burgeoise vibe. We loved it! The hotel is located in the heart of the city, so you can visit everything by walking. Reception staff was incredibly welcoming. Breakfast team was super kind and warm! Your team is doing great!

We appreciated a lot the cleaniness of the room and the kindness of the hosts. The locatiin was great, close to the center of the city and also close to the slopes.
