From the attention to detail in room (fresh apricots, swan-folded towels) to the opulent breakfast buffet, the friendly, helpful and welcoming staff to the free bicycles and excellent suggestions, everything was perfect! The hotel is beautiful inside and out and located within easy walking distance of all the sights, restaurants and shops in Hissarya. We would definitely stay again!

The location is perfect and I arrived on a cold evening to a warm and welcoming hostel (even though I arrived after check-in times they left me a lovely note for my arrival) the rooms were impeccable and so comfy I just loved the feeling of this place. But extra credit should go to the reception guys, Todor and Kamen (I hope I got his name right), who were very friendly and helpful with all my questions and with parking! I was in the city for the first time and these two guys made me feel I have friends there! Thank you very much!
