Our room was upgraded as a good will gesture. If we need to stay in Plovdiv again I'd choose this hotel in a heart beat.

Private parking spaces are provided. The room was bright, clean and spacious. It was centrally located. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I wish I had time to experience the breakfast because I had a tour lined up. But the brief breakfast that I did have was wonderful.
