The lady in reception went with the taxi to pick us up at the airport at 5am! The area is a bit far from the Center but once you get the hang of it you can use public transportation. It's a very quiet and safe area. The hotel is comfortable and very quiet. The hot water is abundant! The view from our room was beautiful! We liked it.

The family room was very spacious, new and comfortable. Employees were all great. As well location, if you like to be in the center of the city. Both of our sons had Food poisoning and vomited all over the room. The room was promptly cleaned. We though the hotel would charge an extra fee for cleaning, but didnt.

The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, a tour desk and free WiFi throughout the property. This hidden secret was just what I needed after tours and overnight bus trips. It was comfort and quiet yet being in the thick of the tourist area. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful finding me a tour that no one else could find for me. Overall it was an enjoyable 3 nights and I would stay again...if the wifi was more reliable. As someone working from the road, the internet was troublesome. Otherwise, an A+!
