No need for a car, walk to lifts. Two BIG mountains and tons of trails. The Adara is central but tucked away on a quiet Plaza in the heart of the Village. Views from our room were inspiring. It was quiet and beautifully appointed. The decor is simple and comfortable, no excessive gewgaws like bad hotel art or those weird "designer" colored strips of fabric on the bed that you have to roll up and set aside. Just a great duvet and good pillows, a nice gas fireplace, a comfy chaise longue with mountain view, and judicious use of natural wood finishes. Fluffy terry bathrobes and wood hangers that come right off the rack, great shower, and local in-room coffee were unexpected luxurious touches in an affordable hotel right in the middle of the action. Nice place, will stay again.
