All guests are required to complete an online check-in before arrival, and apartment access details will be sent electronically. 紹介写真で見た通りの部屋で美しいです。美しく清潔に整えられた部屋は広く、三人でスーツケースを６つ以上広げてもきっとまだ余裕がありそうでした。アメニティはパーフェクトで、スリッパ、シャワーキャップ、ソーイングセットまで備えてありました。（歯ブラシとパジャマとコンディショナーは持参してください） スタッフが全員親切でチェックイン前、レセプションが開く9時から荷物を預けることができました。デポジットを支払うとき、クレジットカードでの精算を待っている間にコーヒーを出してくれました。タクシーの手配、店の近くの美味しいレストランを紹介してくれました。 本当にスタッフが素晴らしいです。 駅から近く、静かで、治安もよく、周りにお店もたくさんあり、交通便利で最高のロケーションでした。本当におすすめします。何日でも泊まりたい宿です。車椅子の人のためのリフトもあり、バリアフリーでした。

Elegant Boutiquehotel in Berlin's Mitte district just a 5-minute walk from the Friedrichstraße shopping mile. Excellent hotel!!!!! We truly enjoyed our stay. The reception desk staff was extremely helpful and cordial. The room was very spacious, clean and quiet. Breakfast was included and every morning an array of fresh pastries, yogurts, fruits were available as well as eggs prepared to our specifications. The hotel is well located and easy access to various means of public transportation. The neighborhood has very nice restaurants to choose from as well as small grocery stores. We will certainly come back to this hotel on our next visit . Highly recommend!

I think we had what is probably the best room in the hotel - consume the review with that in mind! We stayed for five nights. Stunning suite - everything ultra new and clean. Michelin two star restaurant in the hotel but we preferred the bar Qiu. Lovely staff and a very helpful bartender recommending things to do in both Berlin and Hamburg - our next destination. All towels, sheets etc. changed every day. Turndown service at night. Welcome platter and daily refresh of strawberries and chocolates. The location at Potsdamer Platz is right in the centre of Berlin with easy access to both S and U-bahn. Taxis right outside if you prefer. One of the best hotels we've stayed in - and we've been to a few ....

We were here only one night. We had a lovely stay. The owner was very welcoming and had a great sense of humor. The place is definitely special! We were a bit unlucky with our neighbors as they were chatting loudly that night, but overall we enjoyed our stay. The area is great with lots of cool restaurants and cafés. The toilets were clean, and the bed and room were comfortable (small, but it was perfectly fine for a night!). I loved the garden and common areas!
