Hospederia Pax is within 800 metres of León Cathedral, San Isodoro Church and the adjancent Pantheon of the Kings of León. Surpassed all expectations- so far the best stay in our 2 month Europe trip.

This hotel is located in Astorga, just 150 metres from the cathedral. It offers rooms with free Wi-Fi and a seating area with a sofa and flat-screen TV. I went sick during the Camino and booked this place to rest for some days while taking medicine. I couldn’t asked for a better place to feel relaxed and allow my body to recover. Everything is perfect.

Set in the impressive 16th-century San Marcos Monastery, the Parador de Turismo de León features antique furnishings and tapestries. The rooms include free Wi-Fi and a balcony. This is an exceptionally unique property. The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. Our room had an amazing view and it was one of our favorite rooms we have ever stayed in.

Suite was very spacious, very clean and though in the heart of the city, it was peaceful. Very convenient to the Cathedral and restaurants. We spent two nights there on our Camino and were very happy that our bags could be transported there. The breakfast supplied in our room was really appreciated.

Offering charming, country-style accommodation, Posada Real La Lecheria has a picturesque setting in the village of Val de San Lorenzo. It features free Wi-Fi and rooms with flat-screen TVs. Lovely quaint hotel in a quiet village. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Rooms spacious and comfortable. Lovely breakfast with local produce. We were only there for 1 night, but would definitely go back. The restaurant looked really good too.

This charming mansion dates from the 18th century and is located in the medieval town of Villafranca del Bierzo, on the Camino de Santiago. A wonderful oasis on the Camino which I could not fault.
