The property is facing the lake of Annecy and located in the centre of the old town of Annecy, a couple of paces of the shopping streets. We are also close to the cinemas, theatre and the best restaurants. This was our third or fourth stay at Le Splendid. Obviously, we like it very much. The location is superb, parking is very close by and discounted for hotel guests, the rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good. The hotel design is pleasing. Did I mention the staff? They are all excellent. We would like to compliment and acknowledge Charlotte in particular. She is very welcoming and a tremendous asset to Le Splendid. We look forward to our next stay.

Location was perfect - just by the old town and close to the lake with very nice restaurants and shops near by. Breakfast was very nice with lovely warm fresh bread, and everything one could wish for. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.
