Located in the centre of Annecy, Hotel Les Terrasses is just a 5-minute walk from the Annecy's SNCF Train Station. It is set in a large landscaped garden and offers free WiFi. Ideal location. Few minutes on foot to the railway and bus stations. Silent neighbourhood. Very well maintained and very kind owners.

The property is facing the lake of Annecy and located in the centre of the old town of Annecy, a couple of paces of the shopping streets. Location is perfect. The staffs and manager is very helpful. Even though our next booking at the Alps De Huez was scammed, Le Splended Hotel Lac D Annecy staff helped us to communicate with the tourist office and assist us to look for another accommodation. We couldn’t be more grateful to them. We will definitely come back again to stay in this wonderful hotel.

Everything from arrival to lovely staff, restaurant recommendations and friendliness. The room and view were superb. Parking on the property and the bonus of the hamman and dry sauna were wonderful. Delicious breakfast and the lovely walk around the lake into the old town was a pleasure. Highly recommend and would love to come back!
