The location is fantastic, with a swim in the Tarn river just 10 m away. The building is remarkable and filled with history. The food was outstanding (who is that chef btw?). The –all young– staff was very nice. Even if it is not a cheap hotel, you regret that you have to leave at some point. I honestly did not know an hotel could be that great and other hotel managers should go there and learn. Why can't I rate it 11/10?
