We reserved a table for our evening meal served in a different dining room with bar. We were really impressed with the food and would highly recommend eating at the hotel. This was probably my favourite hotel on our road trip. It offers excellent value for money and the location was perfect for catching the return train to San Sebastián, well worth a visit.

A charming hotel located in the heart of Biarritz. The team at the reception was incredibly friendly and helpful, guiding us through some frustrating moments when we struggled to find the entrance. Due to roadwork that wasn't reflected on Google Maps, many routes were rerouted, but the staff's assistance made all the difference.

Within 300 meters of the hotel, you can find the “Grande Plage” beach, many award winning restaurants, Thalasso spas, a cinema, parking garages, and the train station. Amazing farm fresh local breakfast delicacies. Amazing location. Great value for money.

Fabulous location close to all attractions including bus connections to Airport and other towns a long the coast. Rooms were very comfortable and very clean. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful.
