All the staff were delightful. Eliza was welcoming and very helpful. We loved it.

Food was excellent and enjoyed the presentation. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Glad they told us about the Park & Ride into town, made our visit very enjoyable. From the moment we checked in, the exceptional service provided by David to introduce us to the property & the beautiful city of Bath & lugging our suitcases up to room 5, to the service provided by Adrian for two days (he actually fixed my curling iron!!) serving breakfast & taking care of our every need, to meeting welcoming, friendly Tina serving us breakfast on our last day. I can’t recommend this property enough if you want a special stay in Bath. The breakfast was phenomenal & got us off to a great start for our days there. Brindley’s is a nice, easy, short 10 minute walk to the centre of everything in Bath. The room was very comfortable, the hospitality tray so very thoughtful. Cleaning staff terrific. You will not be sorry if you book this property & if ever back in the area, would not hesitate to stay there again.
