Beautifully styled, super clean, great breakfast options, and delightful hosts (Suzanne and Derek). Perfect location with inexpensive parking very close by. Would highly recommend all round. Situated just 3 minutes’ walk from Swanage Beach, The Swanage Haven Boutique Rooms boasts free WiFi, and free off-street parking is available for most room types. The place and people were so welcoming. I had an amazing time staying there. Super convenient for long walks, 2mn from the beach, just up the road from the center. The guest house and the owners were just super lovely!

Aliya is a delightful host and very welcoming. My bedroom was spacious and comfortable and it was great to have places to sit other than the bed. I particularly enjoyed the patio area which, as the property's name suggests, has views of the adjacent woodland; there is a short and picturesque walk through here to Milton Abbas village. The breakfast is prepared to order and I particularly enjoyed the variety of fresh fruit. It's in a very quiet location but ideally situated for getting around this part of Dorset. I definitely hope to return.

The property is located on the outskirts of town, but has a pleasant walk through Radipole park, or alongside the Radipole lakes down to the front. The property was well laid out and very clean. The breakfast was excellent, with fresh fruit salad, full English and great coffee.
