The cooked English breakfast was the best we've ever had in a hotel or B&B Fantastic room with loads of space and very tasteful We asked for a quiet room and it certainly was! Around 7 miles from Sissinghurst Castle and 4 miles from Bedgebury Pinetum, this Weald of Kent inn dates back to 1561 and offers free parking and WiFi. The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly. The breakfast was out of this world delicious and nutritious! So we're the evening meals and beer!! The service was outstanding in every aspect! The bed was super comfortable and the room was very clean, complete with coffee, tea and treats. I would come back to Hawkhurst just to stay at The Queens Inn.

The breakfast each morning was amazing, and Peter went out of his way to make sure there were plenty of kid friendly options for our girls. Staying here exceeded every expectation I had! The room was beautiful and there was PLENTY of space and beds for our family of 4. The location is also so great! It was a VERY short walk from the main part of town, and we really enjoyed the short walk each day. Our kids (6 and 8) could easily make the walk all around without complaining.

It is 'Highly Commended' by the AA. Stayed here for 2 days to attend a local wedding. Couldn’t have been nicer. The food was great, staff lovely, rooms comfortable. The cookies they put in your rooms are also delicious and such a nice touch.
