At first glance, it is a simple building, but inside it is so cozy, harmonious and beautiful - both the restaurant and the rooms. This place definitely had an incredibly talented Designer who felt colors and textures at the highest level. Textiles, wood, furniture, expensive high-quality plumbing... Perfect, harmonious, everything in moderation. Selected paintings and ornaments. You won't feel this in words until you try it yourself. Very clean all, restaurant and room. Comfortable beds with high-quality natural textiles, a calm, quiet street, I finally really got a good night's sleep. An open courtyard with access only from the restaurant with tables and a playground is just a luxury, and parents can relax and children have a place to have fun. The Chef. Really delicious dishes and very refined presentation. The breakfast, of course, simply won us over, it was a surprise for us. Breakfast is included in the room rate and each dish is prepared by the chef to the choice of each guest, this is in addition to the buffet style. And of course, this place is made by hardworking people - honestly, I have never met so much care, kindness, peace, openness and simple humanity as here. I would suggest to anyone staying at Thurnham Hall, if you want to eat at the Lemon tree make sure to book well in advance, I unfortunately naively thought I would be able to book a table a day before and lost the opportunity to dine there (completely my fault).

Each elegantly designed room at The Spread Eagle features individual furnishings, and some enjoy views of the nearby River Ribble. All have en suite or private bathroom facilities with complementary toiletries, as well as a TV, telephone and tea and coffee facilities. Quiet location with lots of great walks and stunning views. The room was beautiful and the bed was super comfy. The food was great too. The Sunday roast was just delicious and the breakfast menu was varied. Plenty of parking available.

Howarth House is chic and vibrant coastal location, we provided the ultimate setting for a luxury bed and breakfast experience, with stylish surroundings expressly designed to satisfy and delight business and leisure travellers alike. Sue made our stay most comfortable. She was warm and friendly and couldn’t do enough to ensure our comfort on 2 very cold nights. Our room was spacious, sparkling clean, beautifully and tastefully decorated and very quiet. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of it! Meeting Sue’s three well behaved dogs was extra special too!!! My daughter just fell in love with all three but especially Poppy ❤️

The property is set 15 km from Blackpool Winter Gardens Theatre, 15 km from Coral Island and 15 km from North Pier. Blackpool Tower is 15 km from the inn and Blackpool Pleasure Beach is 22 km away. The rooms were large and well appointed. The staff could not do enough for us. Dining was a treat. One of the best places we have stayed.
