Situated in the town of Pitlochry, Atholl Villa Guest House is a privately owned Victorian building, offering views of Ben Vrackie. It has free parking and retains many original features, such as open fireplaces and wooden sash windows. What an absolutely SUPERB accomodation! This was our third visit to Pitlochry and as far as we're concerned, Atholl Villa tops anywhere we stayed previously. Excellent, attentive and helpful staff. Outstanding breakfasts, with host asking us to make our choice(s) the night prior. Lovely dining room downstairs. We were surprised how quiet it was, even though the accomodation is right on the "main drag" through town. A very well maintained, beautifully kept property. Easyyy walking distance to downtown area. We had tickets to see the Enchanted Forest one night and the walk to the bus pick up point was 10 minutes away. Blair Athol distillery 10-15 minute walk in the opposite direction. Laundry services nearby to catch up on travel washing. Our upstairs room was clean, well-appointed and nice view. For the most part, we felt good value for the money spent.

The individually designed rooms have tea and coffee facilities, an espresso coffee machine, a flat-screen TV and an iPod docking station. All rooms have fluffy bathrobes, small fridges and DVD players. Rooms are spacious and elegantly decorated. The rooms were comfortable with everything that a traveler would need. The breakfast was excellent with good choice and great food. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

Recently fully refurbished, all 8 bedrooms have en suite facilities and free access WiFi, with two of the rooms located on the ground floor. Excellent hosts, great breakfast and very conmfortable bedrooms!

Featuring a garden and views of garden, Tigh Na Leigh is a guest house situated in a historic building in Alyth, 27 km from Discovery Point. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are available at the guest house free of charge. The guest house features a restaurant and a shared lounge and is 31 km away from Scone Palace. Incredible decor and Hospitality. Absolutely loved my stay. It felt like a real treat.

The Townhouse boasts exceptional interiors, furnished with fine detail, and just 5 minutes’ walk from Perth’s centre. Fantastic place to stay. David is a great host and bedroom and bathroom were fantastic. Great shower. Breakfast each morning was wonderful too.

Free Wi-Fi, an en suite shower room and a flat-screen TV are featured in each room at The Old Mill Inn. Tea and coffee making facilities are also provided. The room was stunning, nice restaurant with great food. Fab location and the live music on Friday and Saturday night was great.

Cairn Lodge, a property with a garden, is located in Auchterarder, 29 km from Scone Palace, 45 km from Lake of Menteith, as well as 7.7 km from Gleneagles. There is an on-site restaurant, plus free private parking and free WiFi are available. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. Breakfast was exceptional with all the trimmings and gluten free options. We also had dinner which was lovely. Our room was extremely comfortable and beautifully decorated. We felt very much at home in this grand lodge.
