Set in the South Downs National Park, the Badgers Inn is just a 5-minute drive from Petworth village. Fresh, local produce is served in the restaurant which specialises in shellfish during the summer and game in the winter. What a wonderful place. My room was so spacious and beautifully decorated. The restaurant was very tasty, friendly and well done. My included breakfast the next morning was excellent. I was traveling alone and felt welcome and safe. I highly recommend Badgers Inn.

Springfields is an award-winning B&B just 500 metres from Horsham Park and Horsham Museum. It has modern, individually designed rooms with flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi and traditional English breakfasts. Fantastic location. All staff were wonderful - friendly, no request was too much trouble. Breakfasts were amazing - no room for lunch after eating a great breakfast. Rooms were spotless and very comfortable.

This is a charming and delightful former country train station, 2 miles outside Petworth Village and close to Petworth House. Our accommodation was in the restored classic Pullman train carriages, each converted into 2 en-suite bedrooms. The carriages stand along the platform next to the station building, where a satisfying breakfast is served ion the old waiting room! The carriages themselves are fitted out with a good sized double bed. Most of the original paneling and decor has been retained and the room is decorated with period artifacts which give authentic character to the whole experience.

The location at the foot of the high street is perfect.
