Offering a swimming pool, hot tub, Finnish sauna and a Turkish bath, Apartments Villa Zlatko is located in Zadar, about 1.5 km from the town's historic core. The nearest beach is about 200 metres... I wasn't quite sure what to expect but we were very delighted with our stay here. We loved the pool which we made very good use of swimming several times a day. The location is lovely - we had a few days in the Old Town which we also loved but then enjoyed this stay and a slightly more gentle, less busy pace. Lovely beachside cafe 5min walk away, 20 min walk to Old town and the chance to bump into locals as well as the very attentive care of Boba and her team all made for an excellent stay.

The apartment was spacious, comfortable and clean, the breakfasts were good and the service was very nice. We recommend 👌

Located in the very heart of Zadar, Apartments Exclusive Center enjoys a quite location only 100 metres from the Roman Forum and St. Donatus Church. The host is very helpful and friendly. The accommodation is very modern and everything was very clean. There were towels, soaps, body lotion and hairdryer. Everything it's needed for a comfortable staying.

Wonderful, modern apartment. 5 minutes after check in we asked if we could spend another night! Very clean. Amazing bathtub with tons of hot water!! The location was perfect. Steps away from the pedestrian bridge to the old town and looking out at the marina. We've been traveling for over two months and have stayed in a lot of places and this tops our list of favorites.

The hospitality of the owner/staff which feels like you are an old friend. Everything was perfect, to find place easy, to go at old town. Restaurant which suggested by the hotel staff was the best.
