It's same every day but that wasn't an issue. Staff - friendly, welcoming and helpful. Very attentive and with smiling faces. Terrace - inner courtyard was super. Very calm and nice place. Located just across the Main Bus Station, this boutique hotel offers an on-site bar, modernly furnished rooms with air conditioning and free WiFi. The centre of Zagreb with all its sights is 1.7 km from Hotel 9. Communication with the Hótel was very good. We ask for good parking for the car, that we got. In the Hótel building. It Was very good for small or medium size car. I was happy to pay extra for that. Everything was good and we recommend Hótel 9 for short visit in Zagreb. Thank you.
