Stayed with 2 kids. It was allowed to book 1 room for 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids), but there was only one queen bed. Lovely staff helped to organize the second room for kids on the same floor. Nice view, comfortable beds, generous breakfast with a combination of traditional and European dishes. Kids enjoyed the pool and gym. The gym is not big, but enough for a workout with weights and some other equipment. Drinking water is on every floor.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, e.g., they helped me booking bus tickets and printing them. Aside from tgat they always had a smile on their face. The room was very comfortable and provided aircon, fridge, kettle, complimentary water/coffee/tea, safe. A hairdryer could be borrowed from the reception desk. The views from my room on the 11th floor were amazing. I especially liked the interior design. The hotel’s location was quite central with lots of restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets nearby. I would come back in a heartbeat!

Two spacious bedrooms on the first floor and very big and nicely decorated living room at the ground floor. Two bathrooms. The villas have 24 hour surveillance. Good breakfast with Indonesian and European options.
