This beautiful and historic castle is set within 1,000 acres of woodland. On the banks of the River Moy, it boasts a restaurant made from the remains of a 17th-century Spanish galleon. Beautiful grounds and interiors, staff were helpful and friendly. It was a wonderful luxurious escape for the same price as a cramped hotel room in Dublin.

Situated in the centre of Westport, the family-run Clooneen House offers free Wi-Fi throughout . It is just 15 minutes’ drive from the Croagh Patrick Mountain and 1 km from Westport Railway Station. Good location, cheap parking spots nearby, friendly staff. Room was clean and quite comfy. Typical size for Irish B&B, not built for tall or overweight people. In comparison with other B&B toilet and shower was a good size. Good breakfast. All in all it was a very good experience and recommend for one night stay.

Near Westport’s historic Quay district, Boffin Lodge provides brightly furnished rooms with free Wi-Fi and full Irish breakfasts. Everything! The place was so clean and tidy, good sized room & bathroom. The staff very helpful and very accommodating. There is a kettle in the room plus a tea & coffee station in the hall.

With a swimming pool and gym, the historic Breaffy House Resort is situated in 101 acres of woodland estate. Located just outside Castlebar, it is less than 5 minutes’ drive from the town centre. The hotel staff were truly excellent. The food in the restaurant and at breakfast was excellent.

Westport Coast Hotel is situated at the trendy Quay Side overlooking Clew Bay. Good facilities, lovely location, very nice, comfortable rooms. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice, very friendly staff. Also had a very nice meal in the restaurant. Views from the hotel were also lovely

This boutique hotel has luxurious rooms and beautiful views of Croagh Patrick mountain. It is in the historic village of Aughagower, 5 minutes' drive from Westport. Very good hotel. Clean, everything works the way it should, everyone's friendly, excellent breakfast was included - a variety of meals and snacks. Excellent americano in the restaurant. Big free parking.
