The first impression of venue exceeded our expectations with decor, beds, bathrooms. I have never seen the display of fruit that was on offer for breakfast.

We went to our room and got settled then went for a pint of Guinness in the common area, same woman poured our pint. We had an issue getting a light to work in our room and she went up straightaway and fixed it! Breakfast was very nice, our server was quick and efficient! Upon checkout the same woman from the evening before checked us out! ( Does she sleep?)

In the comfortable lounge guests have access to internet facilities. Beautiful hotel and the location is lovely, right on the water. Easy walk to the Viking Triangle and shops. Rooms were very comfortable and impeccably clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Also we ate dinner in the restaurant and the food was delicious.
