The dining room light and welcoming; Our room was very good and the location super - short walking distance to the promenade, the beach elevator and the city center. Set just 200 metres from the beach in Netanya, Kikar Hotel is centrally located, right on the promenade and Ha'atzmaut Square. All rooms are air conditioned and have flat-screen cable TVs. New facility. Modern. Clean and Elegant . The style is tasteful . We did not eat breakfast. The dinner room might be in renovation. Overall we had a good experience and give them excellent review.
