Combining traditional style and modern amenities, Artist Quarter Guesthouse B&B is located in Safed close to numerous art galleries and ancient synagogues. A lovely B&B in the heart of old Safed/Tzvat. The hostess, Joy, certainly lived up to her name! She took good care of us, brought a home-cooked breakfast to our room, and provided us with information about the city and suggestions of what to do there.

This cozy hotel was created with great love and attention to guests. Very helpful and attentive staff. Excellent breakfasts. There is a small green garden with comfortable outdoor furniture. There is also a massage service. The room has everything you need, even an iron and ironing board. Individual air conditioning works well. The hotel is located a 5-minute walk from the sea and the street with restaurants. There is a very clean and well-equipped beach nearby. The hotel provides free beach towels. At lunchtime you can order simple dishes: salads, burgers, muesli. Sparkling wine, tea and coffee are provided free of charge in the lobby from 13 o'clock.

The owner called us prior to our stay to ask us when we were planning to get there, and made sure to warm up the room for us so it was nice and warm when we got there. Just felt like coming home. When we arrived, she asked for our preferences for breakfast, and we had one of the best breakfasts ever, with all fresh and homemade food. Wow! Also, the family that owns and runs the hotel are super special and warm people, with a bunch of interesting stories! We loved it❤️ Highly recommend 👌

Lovely rooftop table with beautiful views, most delicious breakfast—don’t miss the breakfast! The host Michel is very welcoming and kind. Such a wonderful stay that we extended another night. You cannot go wrong with Michel house and Alexandra house—both owned and operated by the same family. Highly highly recommend!
